The Hocking Cottage
10 acres of freedom on your way into the Hills. Situated just 3 miles from town, The Hocking Cottage is perfectly placed for day trips out to the caves (7 miles), and other trips into the city center of Logan.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this navy abode boasts high speed Spectrum internet, 70" smart tv, hot tub, good cell coverage, gas log and electric fireplaces, washer/dryer, and a video game/arcade room.
On the main level you'll find 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Kitchen, main living area with 70" smart-tv, and the electric fireplace are all on this level.
In the basement you'll find a lower level seating area with gas log fireplace, and a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. A toilet and sink are next to the bedroom and a separate shower can be found through the arcade. Access to washer/dryer is on the lower level. We also feature a foosball table, poker table, and board games.
Outdoor charcoal grill and dining for the entire group can be found right off the back steps. The four-person hot tub and a fire pit under the stars is just beyond that.
Max of 6 adults/children for family stays. For adult-only stays: max of 6 guests and all must be over age 25.
Parking area can sustain 4 vehicles.

We were not disappointed when we arrived
The place was far more than what we expected, very clean, well maintained, spacious, everything you need was available, we had a clean gas grill, charcoal grill, firepit and hot tub, the location was perfect only minutes away from the State Park and the town although on a busy road it was very quiet and peaceful, we didn't see bigfoot but deer did come down every morning, all in all it was a very nice place we enjoyed our stay thank you

Home away from Home
Everything was amazing from the ease of checking into the cottage to how clean the place was to how stocked the kitchen was to the down-home feel of the place we just loved it! Located within easy driving distance to all Hocking Hills has to offer ... it was a great jumping off to adventure place to stay.

The Hocking Cottage was perfect for our group of 6. The house was located close to everything, it had everything that we need, it was clean, comfortable and wonderful. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Hocking Cottage. We will definitely consider it again when we visit. The cottage sits about 15 minutes or less from everything you would want to do on your stay.

The home was very clean and well organized. The kitchen is well stocked, beds comfortable and plenty of fun playing board games and arcade games in the lower level. Fire pit was an added bonus outside as well as the hot tub!
Better than expected
We especially liked the firepit and had some great evenings to enjoy it. The arcade and games were fun on the evening we had rain. Super clean!!
I am a bit conflicted about our stay as there were great touches and big frustrations.
The decor in the home was lovely and there were thoughtful touches throughout. We especially liked that there was enough cookware, etc for us to be able to easily cook a full meal.
This was the perfect place for our ladies retreat in Hocking Hills!
Everything we needed was included with our stay so we didn't have to pack everyday items!
